This notice explains how "Glana" LLC ("Glana", "we", "us") handles your personal data when you apply for a job through glana.am/careers. It covers job applications only. Everything else we do is described in our general Privacy Policy.

1. Who is responsible for your data

"Glana" LLC, registered in the Republic of Armenia at Yerevan, Kentron Administrative District, Byron Street, building 1/1, apartment 12, postal code 0009, is the controller of the data you send us.

For anything about your application data, write to legal@glana.am.

2. What we collect

From the application form:

• your name and email address
• your CV (PDF or Word file)
• optionally: your phone number, a link (for example LinkedIn or a portfolio) and a message to us
• your choice about whether we may keep your application for future roles

Recorded automatically when you apply:

• the job you applied for, and the date and time
• the language of the page you used
• the country your internet connection came from, and your browser type
• the page that sent you to us and any campaign tags in the link (for example from LinkedIn)

Please don't include sensitive information in your CV that we don't need to assess you, such as health details, religious or political beliefs, identity document numbers, or photos of documents.

3. Why we use it

We use your data only to:

• review your application and decide whether to move forward
• contact you about this role, arrange interviews and tell you our decision
• if you tick "Keep my application for future roles", contact you about other roles at Glana

We don't use your application for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't make hiring decisions by automated means alone. A person on our team reviews every application.

4. Legal basis

We process your application data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the application form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where it applies, processing is also necessary to take steps you ask for before a possible employment contract.

Giving your data is voluntary. Without your consent we can't consider an application sent through the form.

5. Who sees it

• The Glana team members involved in hiring. No one else at Glana has access.
• Vercel Inc. stores your application and CV in private storage that isn't publicly reachable, and hosts our website.
• Resend delivers two emails: your application to our hiring inbox, and a confirmation to you.
• Authorities, only where Armenian law requires us to disclose data.

Our service providers act only on our instructions and under data processing terms. We don't share your application with other companies, recruiters or clients.

6. Storage outside Armenia

Our service providers store and process data in the European Union and the United States. By giving your consent you agree to this transfer. We choose providers that protect personal data with technical and contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

• If we don't move forward with your application, we delete it 6 months after that decision, unless you ticked "Keep my application for future roles".
• In every other case we delete it 24 months after you applied at the latest.

Deleting an application removes both the details you sent and your CV. Your application is also emailed to our hiring inbox, and we delete that copy on the same schedule.

8. Your rights

You can at any time:

• ask to see the data we hold about you
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it
• withdraw your consent, which removes your application and ends our review of it. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew.
• complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia, or to your local data protection authority

Write to legal@glana.am from the email address you applied with. We reply within 30 days.

9. Security

Your application is sent over an encrypted connection and kept in private storage. Your CV can only be opened by signed-in Glana team members, and every download of it is logged.

10. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we publish the new version on this page with a new date. The version you agreed to is saved with your application.
